How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

To track your order:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Click the tracking link provided.

  3. You will be redirected to the carrier’s site where you can see the status of your package.


Order Status Updates

  • Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment (1–3 business days).

  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! Check the tracking link for real-time updates.

  • Delivered: Your order has arrived at the delivery address.


No Tracking Information?

If you did not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact us at support@vanguardgrit.com with your order number.

    • We will verify the shipping status and provide your tracking information.


International Orders

Tracking availability for international shipments depends on the carrier and destination country. Some carriers may only provide limited tracking once the package leaves the origin country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first.

  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us with your order number and tracking details, and we will assist with the claim process.
